FunFairWallet is designed to run small events with minimal visitor data. Parent names, phone numbers, email addresses, and payment card data are not required for basic anonymous event wallets.
What the app stores
The app stores event wallet codes, pass activity, event credit balances, spending limits, transaction history, organizer accounts, and operational audit records needed to run the event.
Parent and child access
Parent control links and child spending passes are separate. Child passes can be scanned to spend within rules, while parent control links can view balances, manage limits, and pause passes.
Organizer responsibility
Organizers should avoid entering unnecessary personal data and should protect printed QR cards, PIN sheets, and staff access links.
